11:30-1:30 Sadie “Timing and Musicality with combos” We will explore timing as we work through 2 very different style, Tarab and Drum Solo.
2-4 Vanessa “Turns, Traveling & Transitions with combos” Vanessa will share a few of her signature Classic Orientale Style, Baladi & Saidi/Folklore technique and combos to help you deeper understand and improve your fundamentals and begin creating your own combinations with style and flair!!
If you have ever struggled with turns, timing, transitions or travel steps you do not want to miss this workshop!
Both Vanessa and Sadie will teach a series of combos including Saidi, Drum Solo, Baladi & Tarab that will delve into the topics of the 4 T’s to up level your dancing skills.

The retreat accommodations package includes your room, food and transportation to and from the San Jose airport. Be sure to read the full info packet for all the details. The retreat cost of $650 will be paid in advance to Sadie. Your retreat accommodations package will be booked through Doce Lunas, which will differ depending on the package option you choose.
